Portraitclass in Cockenzie - day five

An amazing week has come to an end, day five and portrait nr five was a very nice experience with Helena as model

I would have liked another half hour (as usual) to fiddle a bit more 😂 but, Aine says to stop in time, so...

The day started lovely, like te other, with some tai-Chi in the garden, led by Elaine. A good way to start, by finding calm and balance.

And then it was time to get ready by the easel for the last time (at least for now).

Aine always starts with a quick demo, and it's fascinating to watch how fast the person comes out of her dance with paint.

And then it is for us to get going

It's really addictive painting from a live model, I just want more of it!

At the end of the day we had a photo session, Here is Aine and Helena in front of our portraits

And here is Aine and Elaine

We also had a picture taken of the lovely group of "students" 😊

Tore went for a long day today too, and he has managed to get a sunburn. so the aftersun-lotion is now comming in handy 👍

After class tore and I drove back to North Berwick to eat a lovely barbeque dinner, celebrating the start of our roadtrip ❤️

So now new adventures await. I have brought paper and pain, in case I get inspired to do some more painting during the trip.
